Living life to the fullest means taking care of your health at the same time
Living here in this country (United Arab Emirates) is AWESOME. As long as you have a good income, your way of living is far from expectations. Commodities are easily accessible to everyone.
Since I started working in this country 2 years ago. My lifestyle has been drastically changed.
I work in retail, so extensive standing all day and doing the workload means I get tired easily.
But later, I used to eat ready-processed food. Since I'm tired and hungry, I get to eat too many carbs. One of my relatives (who is health-conscious) advised me to avoid eating these types of foods.
But for me, I was like, "Hey it's only for today, I'm hungry, I will work later and yeah the energy that I consumed will end by later today" - that's the way I think.
Recent check-up, Time to change the lifestyle
Easy to say, hard to apply. Why?
I recently set a personal check-up at Medeor 24/7 Hospital and later they found out that my cholesterol level is a bit high. So the doctor advised me to avoid eating fatty foods which include fried ones. So she suggested I eat grilled food instead since it comes with less fat such as shawarma.

This was a heads-up for me that I need to change my lifestyle when it comes to choosing the food that I eat. The Doctor advised me to exercise regularly and drink plenty of water.
Gym and Work - Balanced Lifestyle
I recently signed up for a gym membership. The place where I'm currently residing is very accessible to all establishments like the gym.
I started in November last year. And after hitting the gym for a month. My coach instructor advised me to take some Whey Protein.
He recommended I use Whey Protein.

Whey Protein- Which One? Confused?
I used several whey proteins for the past five months.
The whey protein that I was taking before was GNC, Dymatize ISO 100 (Lactose-Free)
I tried the GNC for the first time and didn't go well. It comes with lactose and the result of taking it was a total disaster. I'm having too much gas and my stomach is bloated.
So if you are lactose intolerant like me, Make sure to ask the salesperson if the whey proteins come with lactose.
The second was Dymatize ISO 100. The flavor was good (gourmet chocolate) though it was frothy the taste was nice. Perfect for post-workout, if you are craving some fresh shake. You can definitely add this to any of your desired beverages.
The third protein (that I recently purchased) was the ISOPURE Low Carb and it is Lactose-free.
I haven't tested this since I just purchased it today. ( April 1, 2018 )
I purchased this Whey Protein at LifeStyle Nutrition at Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi.
Check them out as they offer another supplement at affordable prices.
I have taken some pictures for your reference.
