During my rest day from work, If I'm in the mood. I usually visit this place.

Calm, Serenity and Tranquility

The serene view of the beach, the breeze of the air, the relaxing splashes of water along the coastal bay. Sitting on the bench. Thinking about things that I want to do in the future or just random thoughts. Relaxing, isn't it?

This is Corniche Walkway, adjacent to the Corniche Beach Front- Abu Dhabi.

This is the best time to visit the spot, as it is not much humid and the weather is still nice. The best months to visit the walkway as per my recommendation should be from December till the week of April.

How to get there?

These buses with corresponding numbers are available to drop you off on the walkway.

Best Timings to Visit the Walkway

I usually visit this place around 4PM so that I can stroll. Just avoid visiting this place during May onwards, as the sun is scorching. Make sure to apply some sunblock before.

How do you call this place?

For Me, I don't know what's the name of this place. But I call it the Walkway. This lengthy stretch of walkway is connected straight to Marina Mall wherein you can roam around and have the option to ride in Marina Eye- The iconic Ferris wheel in the City.

You can also take pictures of the iconic Etihad Towers and the Emirates Palace. It can be seen directly from the walkway.

Tired of Walking? No Problem!

So if you are tired of walking. You can rest for a while. Good thing, benches are provided on the walkway.

There's a dedicated bike lane as well.

They said Pictures tell a thousand words.

And I can't express myself about it.

At the end of the walkway, There's a traditional boat that is displayed in public and a fountain that lights up at night.

For me to take a good picture of the Emirates Palace, I decided to cross over the stoplight just the opposite side of the walkway.
