Ever wonder why your mobile phone is showing “Happy UAE” instead of your usual carrier’s name?

The reason behind it? I'm not quite sure about it. 

However,  recent articles reported that among 156 countries worldwide, the UAE  has been ranked 20th place in the World Happiness Report.

Finland was named as the World’s Happiest Country changing from fifth place last year and replacing Norway from the top spot. This was released on Wednesday this month. 

So regarding this event, telcos in UAE changed their brand name to “Happy UAE”.
